Our Process
How It Works
Getting your court accounting done shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Here’s exactly what happens from your first call to your final filing — every step handled with care, accuracy, and clear communication.
Step One
Schedule a Consultation
We begin with a quick call or meeting to understand your situation — the type of accounting required, the timeframe, and any court or attorney requirements involved.
Step Two
Submit Your Documents
We’ll send you a clear checklist of everything we need — bank statements, prior accountings, tax returns, and legal documents. You gather and share; we handle the rest.
Step Three
Review & Analysis
We carefully examine all assets, transactions, and prior filings. We verify that every item is fully accounted for and properly documented before preparing any schedules.
Step Four
Prepare the Accounting
We prepare all required schedules, summaries, and supporting documentation in compliance with California Probate Code — organized, accurate, and easy to understand.
Step Five
Your Review & Approval
We walk you through the completed draft, answer any questions, and make any adjustments needed. You’ll have full visibility before anything moves forward.
Step Six
Final Delivery & Filing
We deliver the completed court accounting — ready for beneficiaries, probate court, and legal proceedings. Everything is clear, compliant, and professionally prepared.

Trust & Credibility
Experience You Can Trust
With more than 20 years of professional accounting and financial reporting experience, I bring the technical expertise and attention to detail required for even the most complex trust accountings.
Before founding Trustify Accounting Services, I built my career with leading public accounting firms, a Fortune 500 public company, and a global investment bank, where I prepared and reviewed complex financial statements, managed regulatory reporting, analyzed financial data, and ensured compliance with rigorous accounting standards. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, I have extensive experience interpreting financial information, reconciling complex transactions, and presenting financial reports that are accurate, organized, and easy to understand.
Most recently, I managed tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and fiduciary accounting services for a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, partnerships, and trusts. This experience provided firsthand insight into the financial and reporting challenges trustees face throughout the trust administration process.
Today, I apply that same level of precision, professionalism, and analytical expertise exclusively to trust and fiduciary accounting. Whether preparing a beneficiary accounting, a formal court accounting, or organizing years of financial records, my goal is to provide clear, reliable reporting that helps trustees confidently fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.
Professional experience includes leadership and accounting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Goldman Sachs, Dole Food Company, and a regional California CPA firm, providing a broad foundation in public accounting, corporate financial reporting, and fiduciary accounting.
